Return Policy

If you're experiencing an issue with a product, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best to help.

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help. Our 14-day return policy on eligible items gives you two weeks after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
We’re always happy to assist with any questions at team@zumacanyonorchids.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

Please note that apothecary products in beauty, fragrance, & skincare are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective. Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as flowers or plants) nor custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). For any questions regarding specific items, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, please contact us at team@zumacanyonorchids.com. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Please note that items sent back without an authorized return request may not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions & Preorders)

 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you’d prefer not to renew, you can cancel at any time. To cancel or adjust your subscription, simply follow the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving an item that is currently out of stock or will soon be available. You may be asked for no payment or a partial deposit at checkout. We’ll store your payment method and charge the full or remaining balance once your item is ready to ship.

You can cancel a pre-order with a partial payment anytime before it’s fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can still request a refund. For more information, please see our Returns Policy.
